The company was founded by Rick Jones in 1992 and was established under the name Rick Jones Company. Since that time, he has gained a reputation as one of North Texas’s most experienced and talented commercial developers. Brian Baca joined the firm in 2001. Over time, Brian took over daily operations and became a partner further assisting in the company’s growth. Together, their goal was to ensure that the company’s emphasis on quality construction, integrity with clients and proper execution of project specifications would become the hallmarks of their commercial portfolio.
Advantage serves the highly competitive DFW market as well as the Texoma area. Rick and Brian’s experience includes the construction of medical offices, apartments, strip retail, office buildings, churches and animal care facilities.
